TIMES SQUARE ELECTRONIC SIGNAGE
Considered unconventional technology for its time, this Times Square electronic signage sported nine separate horizontal LED ribbons with an embedded jumbo LED video screen.
As part of the team overseeing the design, documentation, construction and assembly of the project, we were hired to design the iconic signature for ABC Studios and their parent company in Times Square, New York.
One of the many challenges, entailed assembling the entire structure off site in segments during fabrication, to ensure that the parts would eventually come together like a puzzle once installed on site.
