OFFICE RENOVATION
We implemented a number of office renovation ideas as part of the property improvement for this commercial office building in Greenwich, CT.
As a means of increasing the curb appeal, our approach included designing a new cantilevered glass canopy, stair entry and renovating the lobby. A number of outdoor elements were, also, realized which involved landscaping the concrete sunken plaza, designing a water wall feature and providing outdoor seating.
